Consensus Protocol LLC ("Consensus Protocol," "we," "us") operates the website consensusprotocol.org and provides GPU cloud and AI inference infrastructure services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Website contact form. When you contact us through our website, we collect the name, email address, project type, and message you choose to provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
API service metadata. When requests are made to our inference API, we collect operational metadata: request timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, latency measurements, and HTTP status codes. This metadata is used for billing, capacity planning, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
What we do not collect. We do not use third party advertising trackers on our website. We do not require accounts on our website, and we do not collect payment information directly; billing for inference services is handled by the routing platform through which you access our Services.
2. Prompt and Completion Content
We do not store, log, or retain the content of inference requests or responses. Prompts and completions are processed in memory for the duration of the request and are discarded when the response is delivered. We do not use inference content to train models, and no human at Consensus Protocol reviews inference content. See our Data Policy for full details.
3. How We Use Information

- To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Infrastructure providers. Traffic to our Services transits Cloudflare, Inc. for network routing and security. Cloudflare processes connection data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- Routing platforms. When you access our inference API through a third party routing platform such as OpenRouter, that platform manages your account, authentication, and billing under its own privacy policy. We receive requests from the platform without direct access to your identity.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Consensus Protocol or others.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. Operational metadata is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted or aggregated into anonymous statistics. Inference content is not retained at all, as described above.
6. Security
All traffic to our Services is encrypted in transit using TLS. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated hardware that we operate, protected by network level access controls and monitoring.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the form at consensusprotocol.org. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
